Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us - we hope you are happy with your purchase! However, we understand things don't always work out, and we want to keep you happy. We'll gladly accept unused, non-sale merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Just contact us at hello@shopdanielhammond.com and reference you name, and order number (located on your receipt), and we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.

We ask that all returns be unworn and free of any damage. Purchases must have been made on the Shop Daniel Hammond website or at our Provincetown store.

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges of Plush brand or Daniel Hammond brand items purchased from another retailer.

All reduced priced ("on sale") items are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.  

Gift Returns
Gift items are subject to the same return and exchange terms as regularly purchased items.

Shipping of Returned Items:

Complimentary return shipping is provided for exchanges or store credit. If you choose not to exchange your purchase for another item or store credit, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
